Terence leads the interactive marketing and client services program for BIA Information Network. He is responsible for overseeing all strategic, technical and tactical elements to help clients define and accomplish their specific online marketing initiatives. Serving as a liaison between the client and internal resources, Terence identifies opportunities to enhance website functionality, develops communication programs, performs qualitative and quantitative assessments of program effectiveness, and compiles and analyzes data to continually suggest program improvements. In this role, Terence’s success is measured by his ability to create solution-focused partnerships that make today’s social networking and Web 2.0 technologies viable and even profitable.
