WWPR Names WOMAN OF THE YEAR Honorees

Washington Women in Public Relations (WWPR) has announced the three finalists for its 2008 Washington PR Woman of the Year Award!

In alpha order they are:

Heathere Evans Keenan, Founder and President, Keenan PR, Inc.

Marilynn Deane Mendell, President, WinSpin, CIC

Sheila Tate, Vice Chairman, Powell Tate

The 2008 Washington PR Woman of the Year will be named on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 during the luncheon honoring all three finalists at the Mayflower Hotel. (Registration details on earlier post.)

The keynote speaker for this event is former journalist Kathleen Matthews, now executive vice president for Global Communication and Public Affairs at Marriott International.
